Short version of how working with me works. The full engagement letter goes out before signature on every project — that's the document that controls. This page is the public summary.

The deal

Each project is fixed-fee with a written scope. Scope, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before any work starts. No surprise invoices.

Payment

50% on signing, 50% on delivery. Audit is paid upfront because it's a one-shot deliverable in a few days. Custom work can run on weekly milestones. Stripe Invoicing by default; Wise wire for non-US clients.

Day 1 Checkpoint

Within 48 hours of project start you'll see real progress — working repo, deployed preview where it makes sense, and a written walkthrough. If at that point you're not confident I'll deliver, you can walk away with a 100% refund. (Audit is excluded; it ships same-week.)

You own the work

The repo lives in your GitHub from day one. On final payment you own everything I made for you: source, designs, copy, assets. If anything goes sideways, you keep what's been built.

How we work together

Async-first over email and your written workspace (Slack, Linear, GitHub, whatever you use). Recorded walkthroughs count. Live calls are an occasional exception, not the default.

Confidentiality

What you share with me stays confidential by default. Mutual NDAs on request. I won't name you in case studies or marketing without your written opt-in.

Liability

Capped at the fees paid for the project. Standard stuff. Full details in the engagement letter.
