I focus on UX and frontend, but I'll flag backend issues that affect the experience, like slow APIs or broken error handling.
Do you test with real users?
This is an expert review based on 15 years of product design. User testing can be scoped separately.
What if we need a full redesign?
The audit will tell you honestly. If it's needed, we scope it as a separate project based on findings.
